1. Identity of the seller

2. Scope
These terms govern all sales concluded through between Cosavia and consumers. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms without reservation.
We may amend these terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force on the date you place it.
3. Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are illustrative and not contractually binding; slight variations in colour, finish, or dimensions may occur.
Offers are valid while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we inform you and refund the corresponding amount within 14 days.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR).
VAT is not charged. As a sole trader under the franchise en base de TVA, we do not charge VAT — article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Prices shown are the final prices for the goods.
Delivery costs are additional and shown separately at checkout before you confirm payment.
We may change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it.
5. Placing an order
- Select your items and add them to your basket.
- Review your basket, delivery address, and delivery cost.
- Confirm your order and proceed to payment.
- The order is concluded when you validate your payment.
Before final validation you can review and correct your order. Validating payment constitutes acceptance of the total price and these terms.
We send an order confirmation by email. We recommend you keep it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, abnormal order volume, or an unresolved dispute on a previous order.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order, by the methods shown at checkout.
Payment transactions are processed by our payment providers over a secure connection. We do not store your full card details.
Your order is processed once payment is authorised. If payment is declined, the order is not concluded.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms, timeframes, and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We deliver at the latest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code. If we fail to deliver within that period, you may cancel the order under the conditions of article L.216-6 and obtain a full refund.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the goods (article L.216-4).
8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The procedure, the model withdrawal form, and the refund terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Returns and refunds
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day commercial return window. See our Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy.
10. Legal guarantees
Regardless of any commercial guarantee, we are bound by:
- the legal guarantee of conformity — articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code (2 years from delivery);
- the guarantee against hidden defects — articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code (2 years from discovery of the defect).

11. Liability
We are liable for the proper performance of the contract in accordance with article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code.
We are not liable for failures attributable to you, to an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party unconnected with the contract, or to force majeure.
12. Personal data
Personal data collected in connection with your order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual property
All elements of this website remain the exclusive property of Lanouar Farhat / Vitebaz. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law.
Consumers residing in the European Union retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence. Nothing in these terms deprives you of your statutory rights.
