Order Cancellation
At Cosavia, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
1. Cancellation Before Processing or Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund using the original payment method.
Cancellation requests are only accepted before the order enters processing.
2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
However, in accordance with applicable laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To do so, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.
We strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible for any cancellation request.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- unused
- in perfect condition
- returned in original packaging (if possible)
- proof of purchase or order number provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you the return instructions and return address
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- defective item
- damaged item
- incorrect item received
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the item’s condition
- refunds are issued via the original payment method whenever possible
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos or videos of the item
We will provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
