Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy

At Cosavia, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding exchanges, returns, refunds, and replacements.


1. Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below:

  • Exchanges are only available for a different size and/or color of the same product
  • Exchanges for a different product or model are not possible

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your product and placing a new order.


2. Refunds

2.1 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

At Cosavia, we go further by offering a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • items must not be used, washed, damaged, or incomplete

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding any express shipping fees, if applicable).


2.2 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

In all cases, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, in accordance with applicable laws.


3. Replacements (Defective or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photo or video evidence

4. Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support at 📩 support@cosavia.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you the return instructions and return address
  4. Ship the item following the provided instructions

⚠️ Returns must follow the provided instructions to be properly processed.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

  • the item is defective
  • the item is damaged
  • the wrong item was received

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.


6. Exchange Processing Time

Depending on your location, it may take 5 to 10 business days to receive your exchanged item after processing.


7. Order Cancellation

Most orders are processed quickly (within 24–48 hours).

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at:

  • If the order has not yet been processed → full refund
  • If already shipped → cancellation is no longer possible

In that case, you may use your 14-day withdrawal right after delivery.


8. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Address changes are only possible before shipping
  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • reshipping will be at your expense, or
  • a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs

9. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is abandoned, refused, or not collected, and is destroyed or returned by the carrier:

  • it will not be eligible for a refund

This does not affect your legal rights in case of delivery issues caused by the carrier.


10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
