- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
- Orders are not shipped on public holidays

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.

3. Order Tracking

4. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer you:
- a full refund, or
- a free replacement shipment

- strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete.
- Address changes are only possible before shipment
- Once shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- reshipping will be at your expense, or
- a partial refund may be issued (excluding shipping costs)
