Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days for in-stock merchandise received before 11:00 AM, UTC+1, Monday through Friday. Orders processed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within the next 1 to 2 business days.

We do not ship on public holidays; any order placed on a public holiday will be processed the following day.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products you purchase and your delivery address. You can view the shipping fees for the products you wish to purchase by going to the checkout page.

Shipping to France, Belgium, and Germany:

The standard shipping time is 5 to 10 business days after order processing.

We thank you for your order and your patience.

-Orders of €55 or more are shipped free (FREE DELIVERY).

-The shipping cost for orders under €55 is €2.97.

International Shipping:

The standard shipping time is 5 to 14 business days after order processing.

The shipping cost for orders is €14.97.

Refund of shipping costs does not apply in the following cases:

Delayed shipments for reasons beyond our control, including: unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or other similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, application of security regulations imposed by public authorities or otherwise applicable to the shipment, riots, strikes or other industrial conflicts, civil unrest, disruption of national or local air or land transport networks, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us at support@cosavia.com.

Address Error:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us promptly to specify a change. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...).

In these cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not systematically.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund minus shipping costs or we will offer you a new shipment, according to your choice.

You are not eligible for a new shipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.
